Executive and Leadership Coach
Sunanda Raman brings over two decades of business experience to her role as an Executive Coach. A Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation, she works with senior and mid-level leaders to facilitate clarity around their purpose, elevate their performance and amplify their leadership skills. She has coached 700+ professionals across diverse cultures, domains and sectors on leadership transitions, navigating business challenges and building influence amongst various stakeholders.
Her corporate experience includes an eleven-year stint with Yum Restaurants International, the parent company of KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell, as Head of Human Resources for SouthAsia. She was recognized with the YRI President’s Award for her outstanding contribution to the business in India and in particular for building and elevating the human resource practices. Prior to Yum, she worked with American Express TRS for seven years in operations. A graduate in English Literature, Ms. Raman holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
